The Process
Stage 1 - Research & Objectives
This stage is where we collaborate to define all the key details for your event, including the purpose, audience, budget, and logistics. By understanding your company and goals, I can ensure every aspect of the event is designed to deliver the exact outcome you're looking for.
Stage 2 - Design & Inspiration
After establishing all your event's objectives, I'll create a detailed blueprint that includes sourcing suitable venues, themes, catering, and entertainment. I will then present the full plan, including any necessary accommodations and special guests, for your final approval.
Stage 3 - Branding & Marketing
Once the venue and core setup are booked, we will focus on bringing your brand to life throughout the event. This includes looking at how you can incorporate your logos and colours into banners & programs, to ensure your company is the recognisable centerpiece of the entire experience.
Stage 4 - Logistics & Day-of Execution
On the day of the event, I will be present to finalise all logistics, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and everyone knows their role. Beforehand, I will provide a detailed schedule with key contacts so that you can relax and focus on your guests.
Stage 5 - Post-Event Evaluation
Following the event I will open up the floor to you for your feedback. This is an essential step and not only allows you to shave your views on the event, but allows me to continually develop for the next event I plan for you.
